Children and Youth Programs
We continue to offer education opportunities for our youth through online Sunday School for children from Preschool through 6th grade. We meet online to discuss the bible passage for the day, see how it applies to us today through a video, talk about what it means, and explore the lesson through activities.
Our 7th and 8th Graders meet to deepen their understanding of their faith through the Confirmation program. During these years, they go beyond the individual bible stories and discuss God’s salvation stories seen through the whole bible, looking at the bible as a whole unifying story, and understand more about the Christian faith and those who helped form the Lutheran faith.
