Quilts and Kits for Lutheran World Relief

Grace Lutheran Church serves others around the globe!

Members of the Service Workshop group at Grace Lutheran Church have been making quilts and baby care kits to donate to Lutheran World Relief for years. LWR is an organization that helps people in need and sets them on a path to self-sufficiency. These quilts and kits will be destined for places around the world, including South America, Africa and the Middle East. This year, the members were able to make and assemble:

280 quilts

153 school kits

30 baby care kits

7 sewing kits

Grace Lutheran Church joins with LWR in knowing that each quilt reflects God’s loving presence in a world filled with suffering.
